They are out there crazy people, angry people, funny people. Everyone these days plays or has played games on such sites as Facebook, or Google+. When they have problems they come to me. I'm a Customer Service Rep, and I'm trained to always be polite and helpful. In this collection of emails from players I did just the opposite. I took the worst of the worst, the strangest of the strangest, and replied to them in this book the way I wanted to if I were given free rein and wouldn't be fired.

In "Bat Shit Crazy!" you will find the craziest of the craziest, from mothers sending their sons to French Military school for playing on Facebook to mothers thinking the game is so real they have reshaped their household to mimic the game even giving their children missions to complete for game points.

Although this topic has possibilities, it's been done so many times before that the humor has worn off. Not much originality in this one. Perhaps a rewrite and leave out some of the profanities as they don't add to the quality of the work.I didn't enjoy reading this at all and had to force my way through it.
Obviously, things you would never actually say to a customer... but we're all thinking it! Brutal honesty and hilarity for all! I recommend this book to all people with a sense of humor ;)
If you're going to (deservedly) insult idiot customers for their terrible grammar, you need to have IMPECCABLE spelling and grammar in your snarky responses. It kind of "looses" some of its comedic power (see what I did there?) when you talk about their "burden to bare" and there are obvious typos that should have been caught. I mean, even the review text box has spellcheck!

Okay, enough grammar Nazi-ism.

I've done support for AT&T and Xbox, and yes, we do run into these morons on a daily basis. As I mentioned above, it's wonderfully cathartic to see these horrible emails and snarky responses gathered in an easy to read format. I've resigned myself to the fact that sleep is just not happening tonight because of this book. This book should be required reading before ANYONE is allowed to contact customer service, just so they know the effect that being a jerk has on their level of service. It's simple, folks be nice to us and we will bend over backwards to help you. Treat us like crap, and we will make your life a living hell.

Anyway, besides the minor-ish editing issues, the book is excellent and you, dear reader, are wasting time reading reviews! Just get it already!
Wish this book was in print as well as an e-book! Comes from someone who has been there and done that in the technological era of customer service!
